Countryside in Masson-Angers

I snapped this photo driving along the 50, heading west into Gats. Normally we just speed through this area on the way to and from Mont Tremblant or Montreal but today I went a bit slower, soaking in the scenery. I’m glad I did!

Masson-Angers is nice region in eastern Gatineau made up of rolling farmland and a vibrant little downtown. In town, there’s a hydroelectric generating station and a port for the ferry to Cumberland on the Ontario side of the Ottawa River. Masson-Angers is also home to Gatineau’s largest outdoor market, the Encan Larose (Larose Market).

    Being a slow-poke = Beautiful captures.

I love both The Simpson’s clouds and the specks of neon lavender at the front.
